Organise and mobilise overseas Filipinos on issues faced by the Filipino migrants and the Filipino people 

Uphold and defend Filipino migrants' rights and welfare in Canada 

Launch education campaigns aimed at raising the political consciousness of migrant Filipinos in Canada 

Strengthen co-operation and solidarity with other Filipino migrant organisation, and organisations of other nationalities that share its vision and objectives 

Support the struggle of the Filipino people for social justice, genuine freedom and democracy
